On Thursday I was able to sneak in an hour of work on the backing for my Three Flocks quilt top. I am taking the HSTs remaining from the flying geese block construction and putting them together as a stripe to make the center piece for the backing. I have completed sewing together 5 rows (out of 14) of these 4.5″ blocks (they will finish at 4″ square).
