Shown above is what a quilt could look like if (12) Block 31 were pieced and arranged in an alternating fashion.
Block 32 Quilts
Block 32 Expanded into a 32″ x 48″ and 48″ x 48″ Quilt
I think Block 32 is an interesting block and so I’m showing how different quilts could look with slightly different layouts. On the left, I’m showing one option if (8) Block 32 and (8) mirror image Block 32 are pieced and on the right, I’m showing another option if (12) Block 32 and (12) mirror image Block 32 are pieced.

Thank you for showing the single block expanded mock ups. I really enjoy seeing these options. I have no interest in learning the software required to play with these so I appreciate that you are doing this on our behalf. I could learn if I wanted to (because I was able to learn how to code in fortran in high school in 1970), but fiddling with software does not appeal to me nearly as much as fiddling in real time with colour and texture. I appreciate the effort you put into these quiltalongs, Yvonne. Bravo!
