Christmas Blossom {Old School BOM}

And just like that, the Old School Block of the Month is wrapped up! This month, Sherri Falls from This and That Patterns released a delightful block, Christmas Blossom, to wrap up the year.

The only green that I had enough to use for the block was a bit lighter than I would have ideally liked, but overall I really think this is a fun and stunning block. It was a great way to wrap up the year!

December Blocks – Old School BOM

I decided to also remake my March block using only Carolyn Friedlander prints, and I’m really happy with my grouping of 13 blocks. This is the rough arrangement I’m planning for my quilt top. I’ll be back on Monday with a quick tutorial for how I will piece the quilt top.
