Walk in My Footsteps {Old School BOM}

It’s hard to believe there is only one more block to make to wrap up the Old School BOM. But I’m getting ahead of myself. Today I’m sharing my version of the November block, Walk in My Footsteps, which was designed by Katy Cameron (The Littlest Thistle).

Walk in my Footsteps is a really sweet adaptation of a bear paw block that nests a smaller bear paw inside a larger bear paw. My Carolyn Friedlander stash does not have a lot of greens, and what I do have left of them are smaller scraps, so I was glad to be able to add a few greens in to the mix with this block in the smaller paw print.

    I confess I love a bearpaw block. A nice variation from Katy, and always good to include a little green. 😉
