Short story: My professional email is working again.
Long story: After waiting 72 hours, it still didn’t work. I contacted support and *surprise surprise* they had to get a system administrator to make a change to the server. LONGEST WEEK EVER but my business should be back to normal. Thank you so much for your patience as this resolved. I think I’ll sleep a lot better tonight.
