Congratulations on sewing most (if not all) of the curves for your Bokeh quilt! It’s time to finish putting the quilt tops together (note that for baby and lap size Option A, there are a few more curves to sew in the final assembly instructions, and for mini quilt Option A, your quilt top is already sewn together).
If you have already purchased the Bokeh Quilt Along pattern, you will receive an email today with the Quilt Top Assembly and Finishing instructions. Look for an email from newsletter@quiltingjetgirl.com with the subject Bokeh Quilt Along – Assembly and Finishing. If you haven’t joined in yet, simply purchase the Bokeh Quilt Along and I will add you to the email list and get the information out to you soon!
Note: Check your spam directory if you don’t see the email!

Pieced Backing
Because I am making the mini quilt using Option A, I reserved the Fabric A offcuts and made 5″ finished drunkard’s path blocks with them to create a fun pieced backing for my mini quilt.
To celebrate our quilt top or finished quilts from the quilt along, I will be hosting a linkup here on my blog during the month of May. Come back throughout the month to see the other fun variations, and those who link up will be eligible for prizes from the quilt along sponsors, Aurifil, Backside Fabrics, Make Modern, Needle & Foot, Fat Quarter Shop, and OLFA. I am excited to see everyone’s versions!
Upcoming Bokeh Quilt Along Schedule
