Teaching

Vermont Quilt Festival

My newsletter subscribers have heard all about this, but I just realized I hadn’t shared this exciting news on my blog: I will be teaching at the Vermont Quilt Festival in June!

I will be teaching 4 classes while I am there; 3 full day workshops and one half-day workshop. For full workshop and registration details, please visit the links to the VQF website below:

  1. Wednesday, June 26th, 8:30-3:30, Triangle Transparency
  2. Thursday, June 27th, 8:30-3:30, Wayward Transparency
  3. Friday, June 28th, 8:30-3:30, Exploring Design Constraints: Mini Mini Quilts
  4. Saturday, June 29th, 8:30-11:30, Transparency Quilt Design (Sold Out – Wait List Available)

My teaching opportunities in the east and especially the northeast are very limited, so if you live nearby, I hope you consider registering for one of my workshops. I hope to see you there! 🙂

We will have to plan something you are going to be in the next state. I want to drive up to that quilt show, maybe mom will take the drive with me and we can have coffee after one of your classes.

  3. Oh how wonderful! How are you getting to VT? I would love to go to this show, but am not sure this is the year, but I do have an added incentive don’t I!

  4. I hope you can plan a couple of days either before or after to see Vermont, it is a beautiful state.

  5. Congrats! It sounds like a great show and Vermont in June should be wonderful weather.

Woohoo!!! So fun to see your name on the Vermont Quilt Festival; I’m sure those students will be thrilled to be able to take one of your transparency classes. Plus, to be in Vermont? How lovely–I hope you have a great time!

That’s a full-on few days, but I bet you’ll have fun and deliver great classes too.

I really appreciate the time and thought you take to comment, and I look forward to conversing with you. :)
