Piecing Instructions #3 Complete {WTQAL}

Let’s just cut to the chase today, shall we?

Wayward Transparency - Pieced Quilt Top!

Wayward Transparency – Pieced Quilt Top!

I am absolutely in love with the deep blue background for this version of Wayward Transparency. Many thanks to my fantastic husband who is more than willing to hold quilts and quilt tops for me so that I can snap photographs of my creations!

I will be backing this quilt with more of the dark blue that is the main background color of the top.

And I will be using the medium blue for the binding.

I have decided to change the schedule: I will be releasing the final instructions in the Wayward Transparency Quilt Along one week early on December 8th (this Friday), but nothing else in the schedule will change. My hope is that it will be beneficial for those who are ready and allow an extra week before the rush of Christmas. All other dates for the remainder of the schedule are the same: I will still be opening a link party from January 12-31 so everyone can share and see the beautiful range of finishes (so there’s still plenty of time to get started and have a quilt top done by January 31st!). Anyone with a pieced quilt top or finished quilt can link up, and linking up will make you eligible to win some of the fantastic prizes from the generous sponsors listed below.

With just a few hours left before the  Handmade with Love Super Bundle disappears, I wanted to post a quick reminder!

Whether you quilt, sew, weave, crochet, embroider or you just love handcrafting in general, you can master new techniques, polish skills you already have, and take advantage of a digital library bursting with projects and inspiration to keep you happily occupied this winter.

But hurry because today’s the last day to get this incredible deal; now is the time to act because at 11:59pm (Eastern) tonight, the bundle will come off sale for good!

    I love the fabrics in this version! My husband and I spend a fair amount of time playing with the layouts of the two quilts I made. We finally made our choices with the understanding that I make a couple more of these using the other layout options we liked. It’s amazing how different these quilts look based on fabric choices, light to dark vs. dark to light options, or arrangement of the blocks. Thank you for this awesome pattern!

    Your sponsors and prizes are wonderful. How exciting! Not only do we get an awesome quilt (or two, in my case), but we also get the chance to win some really neat prizes. This QAL rocks! 🙂

    So cute! I like the prints and layout you used on this one. Husband’s who support our quilting habit are the best.

I really appreciate the time and thought you take to comment, and I look forward to conversing with you. :)
