I am filling in for Molli today while he is away on his work travels.
If you haven’t been to my blog before, my name is Yvonne, I am a quilt pattern designer, blogger, and community enthusiast; welcome and I hope you come back! I host a monthly Tips and Tutorials Tuesday linkup to help encourage the quilting blogging community to write and share tutorials. The next linkup opens on Tuesday, June 20th!
Ok, enough about all that. We’re all here for the fabric, #amiright?
I recently acquired these lovely tropical water colored Painter’s Palette solids by Paintbrush Studio. Even if I’m not relaxing in the Bahamas or Fiji, I can almost pretend like I am when I work with these!
As much as I love blues, teals, and aquas, I have been having a serious love affair with fuchsia recently. These saturated Alison Glass prints (L to R: Seventy Six Stitched in Violet, Sunprint Endpaper in Magenta, Sunprint Link in Raisin) are so exciting to me! Do you have a current color that pulls at you?
Just love that saturated color! Beautiful!
So bright and colourful, I can see a new design coming up. No new fabrics down here, used most of the latest ones for the freefall leaves. I have some delicate Liberty Prints, but need to find just the right design before I get the courage to cut into them.
Wow!!! Those Alison Glass fabrics are so gorgeous!!! I think my stash needs some of those!!
I see myself at the beach with those beautiful blues, the water and the sky.
Love the Alison Glass Fabrics!!
Alison Glass fabrics are wonderful! I’m still loving on my 76 bundle & have yet to cut it! 🙂
I don’t have any Alison Glass prints myself, but I do like them very much
I really like citron and chartreuse, such a fantastic colour accent.
Gorgeous colors for summer – so saturated — Yum!
