Over the next 2 months, we will be getting to know the 2016 New Quilt Bloggers better through a series of blog hops. The blog hops are going to be broken down into 3 hives hosted by Cheryl @Meadow Mist Designs, Stephanie @Late Night Quilter, and me!
Each week during the blog hop, I will be highlighting 4-5 of the bloggers. My hive is calling themselves The Sewcial Network and they made an awesome button for themselves!
In no particular order, The Sewcial Network bloggers are:
Paige @Quilted Blooms
Amanda @This Mom Quilts
Carole @Carole Lyles Shaw
Amanda @Gypsy Moon Quilt Co.
Laurel @Quilts By Laurel
Jennifer @Dizzy Quilter
Sharon @Yellow Cat Quilt Designs
Anne @Said With Love
Melva @Melva Loves Scraps
Jennifer @RV Quilting
Amanda @Quiltologie
Seven @The Concerned Craft
Marla @Penny Lane Quilts
Beth @Plaid and Paisley
Laticia (Tish) @Tish’s Adventures In Wonderland
Carrie @Beri Bee Designs
Mary @Made By Marney
I am looking forward to getting to know them better in the upcoming weeks! Be sure to stop by and check out the groups hosted by Cheryl @Meadow Mist Designs, and Stephanie @Late Night Quilter this week to get to know their hive members.
While we are putting the finishing touches on preparations for the blog hop, which will include weekly giveaways from our generous sponsors Aurifil, Fat Quarter Shop, Hawthorne Threads, The Quilter’s Planner 2017, Mini Barn Quilts, Story Patches, Oliso, Stitches Quilting, Meadow Mist Designs, and Quilting Jetgirl (yes, that is 9-10 giveaways for each week of the blog hop!), check out these great new advice posts from seasoned veterans (I am collecting all of these posts in the Blog Hops > Advice for New Bloggers tab up above):

never blogged and would not know how to do it!
The new bloggers is an exciting time and I hope they get as much out of it as I did!
This is a wonderful learning experience and I’m enjoying every second of it. Thank you Yvonne.
It’s been great so far Yvonne and I am really looking forward to the Blog Hop. Thank you very much for co-hosting.
Thank you Yvonne for all of the hard work you are putting in for us new bloggers. I certainly appreciate it as everyone’s free-time is precious and could be spend on the truck-to-camper conversion. I have never really been interested in link-ups but now can certainly see the benefits as I have had quite a bit of traffic from your post. Thank you for that, and now begins research to find some linky parties.
It’s going to be a lot of fun following along with the New Quilt Bloggers! You three are so terrific to hold this event! An invaluable resource!
I’m looking forward to meeting the new crop of bloggers.
I have learnt so much already, I am so glad I joined. Thanks to all of you.
Smiles
Kate
I’m looking forward to “watching ” the hop this year. Last year it was tremendous fun and I learnt such a lot too . Good luck with hop
I am really looking forward to reading these new blogs!! Have fun new quilt bloggers. I’m excited for you all.
I’ll be sure to check out the cool blocks…love the hive name!
It is so neat that you are continuing this. I still follow friends from when we were new in the hop together.
Would like to have some kind of way to reach them when comments return a post that the message is not deliverable. Can’t figure out a way to change this!!!
I’m looking forward to “meeting” all the new bloggers and finding out what they have to say and learn new things from them’
Thank you for being a leader.
I really appreciated you and the other hosts giving so much help and encouragement to us new bloggers last year. Will be following this latest hop with interest. Lovely to know there are more quilty bloggers joining the community ☺
I always enjoy seeing all the new bloggers in our community.
I dream of being a new blogger and will cherish any tips and so thank you thank you for doing this. I have a full plate right now but am retiring at the end of the year and have so many things I want to blog about. Right now I’m just throwing ideas around in my head (and on paper) as to what to call my blog. Hopefully this time next year I will be one of the new bloggers.
You are definitely a lesson in juggling lots of blogging/quilting balls at the moment! Hope you’re taking care of yourself too.
