Midnight Mystery Quilt – Pieced Top

I was thrilled to receive the final instructions from Cheryl @Meadow Mist Designs for the Midnight Mystery Quilt. The 72-inch square quilt top came together really quickly with the large 24-inch square blocks, and I love it!

I think I am going to suck it up and use more of my hoarded Riley Blake Rocket Blast in Navy for the backing and binding. I bought it to use it, right?

  19. Yvonne, your quilt turned out beautiful! The blues and yellows are spectacular together. It is really a nice change of pace to do a big block every now and then. It has actually been quite awhile for me. Your Rocket Blast fabric will be a great choice for backing fabric. Thank you for sharing and have a fantastic evening!

  28. Did you end up backing it that way, Yvonne? If you did, kudos! I don’t think I could with such an aprospo hoarded fabric!

I really appreciate the time and thought you take to comment, and I look forward to conversing with you. :)
