I spent the weekend in Tennessee visiting with family and meeting my niece, Lillie, for the first time. I had a great visit with everyone, and I managed to make it to a quilt store or two (I reeeeeally did not need that fabric…). I bought batting, so this weekend promises to see some good progress – hopefully I can get a quilt finished (fingers crossed)!
In the mean time I thought I would show off how my You + Me quilt top is coming along. I got most of the top pieced at SewDown Portland on Saturday, but I wanted to come home and square it up a bit before I put on the borders. Well, it didn’t end up needing too much work and the borders zipped right on! Yay!
So right now I have 3 completed quilt tops, You + Me (this one), Whale of a Time, and Blue Spring Rain. Perhaps it is time to finish up a few projects (at least I have batting now!)?!?!

Such a fun, bright quilt!
Thank you! I’m pretty partial to these fabric colors. 🙂
Love this. Totally reminds me of a Parson Gray fabric I like!
It definitely does look like one of the Parson Gary fabric line patterns!
